Frequently asked questions.

Commission process

Fill out the commission form on the Commission page with as much detail as possible about your project — the more you share, the better I can bring your vision to life. I'll respond within 48 hours with a custom quote and timeline. Once we agree, a 50% deposit secures your spot and work begins.
The more detail the better. Helpful things to include: your overall vision and mood, any reference images or examples you love, color preferences, how you plan to use the piece, your timeline, and your budget. If you're not sure about something, just say so — we can figure it out together.
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project. Simple graphic pieces typically take 3–5 business days. Brand identity packages take 7–14 business days. Photo manipulation work is usually 2–4 business days. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee — just mention it in your brief.
Yes! For larger projects I'll share work-in-progress previews at key stages so you can give feedback before the final version is complete. For smaller pieces, I typically deliver the finished result with the revision round available if anything needs adjusting.
When I'm fully booked, the commission form is replaced with a waitlist signup. Join the waitlist with your name, email, and what you're looking for — I'll reach out personally as soon as new spots open up. Waitlist members get first access.

Pricing

Custom logos range from $199 for a word mark up to $499 for a mascot, depending on the style. Punch cards start at $29. Monthly social media subscriptions are $99 or $149 depending on the tier. Full breakdown on the pricing page. Every project still gets a custom quote based on your specific scope — submit a brief and I'll give you an accurate number within 48 hours.
Yes — all projects are split into two payments. A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery before final files are released. For larger projects, a custom payment schedule can be discussed.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions and fixed-price items can be purchased directly from the pricing page. For custom-quoted projects, you'll receive a Stripe invoice for the 50% deposit once we've agreed on the scope. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by BoviBerry.
For multiple pieces ordered at once — such as a full social media kit or a set of thumbnails — I offer volume discounts. Mention the quantity in your brief and I'll factor it into the quote.

Design & art

I work primarily in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom for design and photo editing work. Brand kits and YouTube assets may also be built in Canva or Figma depending on your needs. Final files are delivered in the format that works best for your use case.
Standard delivery includes high-resolution PNG and/or JPG files. For brand identity work, you'll also receive vector SVG or AI files for scalable use. If you need a specific format just let me know upfront and I'll make sure it's included.
Absolutely. Share reference images, Pinterest boards, or examples of aesthetics you love and I'll use them as direction for your piece. The more visual references you provide, the closer the result will be to your vision.
Yes — commercial licensing is available for an additional fee. If you plan to use the work for business, merchandise, advertising, or any commercial purpose, please specify this in your brief so the correct license can be included. Personal use projects are priced differently from commercial ones.

Revisions

All commissions include one revision round. A revision means adjustments to the existing concept — changes to colors, text, layout, or minor compositional tweaks. Additional revision rounds can be purchased if needed.
A revision adjusts something within the agreed scope — tweaking a color palette, repositioning an element, or refining typography. A new project is a complete change of direction, concept, or style that differs significantly from the original brief. If you're unsure, just ask — I'll always be upfront about what falls into which category.

Commission terms

By submitting a commission request and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  • All commissions begin with a submitted brief and mutual agreement on scope, price, and timeline.
  • Work does not begin until the 50% deposit has been received.
  • BoviBerry reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
  • Commissions are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Being added to a waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
  • Any changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.
Important: Submitting a commission request does not constitute a binding agreement. An agreement is only formed once the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid.

Quotes & scope

Prices listed on the pricing page are starting points for a standard project of that type, not fixed final totals.

  • If a request goes beyond the typical scope of the listed piece — additional concepts, unusual complexity, extra deliverables, or requirements that meaningfully expand the work — the quote may exceed the listed price.
  • Any amount above the listed price is explained in writing, itemized, and agreed to before work begins.
  • You will never be charged more than the quote you accepted. No surprise invoices, ever.
  • If you request changes in direction or additional deliverables after work has started, the additional work is re-quoted separately and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
  • A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it's sent. After that it may be re-issued at current availability and rates.
In plain terms: the listed price is what a typical version of that project costs. If yours is bigger or more involved than typical, the quote reflects that — and you'll always see the number and agree to it before anything starts.

Subscription terms

These terms apply to the Blueberry and Strawberry monthly social media plans.

  • Subscriptions bill monthly on the date you start and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancel any time with 14 days notice before your next billing date. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee on subscriptions.
  • The current month is not prorated or refunded once billed — you keep access and deliverables through the end of that cycle.
  • Unused monthly deliverables (flyers, story templates, etc.) do not roll over to the following month.
  • Paid ad spend, logo or brand identity design, video editing, and third-party platform costs are not included and are quoted separately.
  • Account access needed for audience engagement is handled through official tools or delegated access wherever possible. Shared passwords are avoided.

Payment & refunds

All prices are in USD. Payment is split into two parts to protect both parties.

  • 50% deposit is due before work begins. This is non-refundable once work has started.
  • Remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before final files are released.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and 25% of the remaining balance is due. This covers the time reserved and work already completed.
  • If a project is cancelled by BoviBerry before work begins, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
  • No refunds are issued once final files have been delivered.
  • Late payment of the final balance may result in a delay in file delivery.
Refund window: If you are unsatisfied with the final delivery and the revision round has not been used, please reach out within 3 days of delivery to discuss. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Revision policy

One revision round is included with every commission. Here's exactly what that means:

  • A revision round covers reasonable adjustments within the original agreed scope — colors, text, layout, and minor compositional changes.
  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this window, the project is considered complete.
  • Additional full revision rounds beyond the included one are $40 each. Larger or more complex projects may be quoted individually.
  • A complete redesign or major change of direction after delivery constitutes a new project and will be quoted separately.
  • Revision requests should be consolidated into one clear list — not sent piece by piece over multiple messages.

Turnaround times

Estimated timelines begin from the date the deposit is received, not the date the commission is submitted.

  • Graphic design pieces — 3 to 5 business days
  • Photo manipulation — 2 to 4 business days
  • YouTube Starter Kit — 5 to 7 business days
  • Creator Pro Kit — 7 to 10 business days
  • Brand Identity Kit — 10 to 14 business days
  • Custom / complex projects — timeline agreed upon individually

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur if client feedback or revision requests take longer than expected. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — inquire in your brief.

Delays caused by the client — such as late payment, slow feedback, or unclear briefs — will not count against the delivery timeline. The clock pauses until the required information or payment is received.
