Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you start and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time with 14 days notice before your next billing date — no long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
Not included: paid ad spend, logo or full brand identity design, video editing, and third-party platform costs such as scheduling tools or stock libraries. Those are quoted separately or available as individual projects below.

Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and 25% of the remaining balance is due. This covers the time already reserved and the work already completed on your behalf.

Before you book
A few things worth knowing so your quote never comes as a surprise.
Listed prices are starting points. The prices on this page reflect a standard project of that type. If your request goes beyond the typical scope of that piece — additional concepts, unusual complexity, extra deliverables, or requirements that meaningfully expand the work — your quote may come in higher than the listed price. Any difference is always explained and agreed in writing before work begins. You will never be charged more than the quote you accepted.
Payment structure. One-off projects are split 50/50 — a 50% deposit secures your spot and starts the work, with the remaining 50% due on delivery before final files are released. Subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each monthly cycle.
Scope changes mid-project. If you decide to change direction or add deliverables after work has started, that's completely fine — it just gets re-quoted for the additional work. Nothing moves forward until you approve the revised amount.
